End of dayMaking sure F@V, Bakery, HMR and menu is up to standard, being followed and ensuring the qualityButchery up to standard and that range is in order and up to standardEnsure and Health and safety procedures are correctCustomer liaisonCustomer request on specific itemsTraining for new and old employeesFloor walks in storeChecking for expired stock on grocery floor as well as in departmentsArranging and attending staff meetings as needed.Stock loss preventionAnalysing sales reports and range.HROpening & closing of businessManaging and working out the shift roster for all employeesManaging budget and ensuring business is not over spendingMaintaining statistical and financial recordsOverseeing pricing and stock control.This position requires thinking in the feet, creative ideas to get feet in the shop and increasing of sales.
