Established Restaurant / Coffee Shop in Sandton is looking for a Senior Restaurant Manager.

6+ years of Restaurant management experience
Ability to manage & train staff - a must
Strong customer relations skills
Strong front of house and general kitchen management experience

Main duties will include:

Stock control
Cash ups
Floor management
Opening & closing procedures
