Restaurant Manager Position In Bedfordview

Seeking an energetic and enthusiastic restaurant manager for Sass Cafe in Bedfordview.
Candidate should:
have experience in managing a restaurant;
have experience in working with POS systems, stock systems and be computer literate especially with "Excel";
manage both front of house as well as back of house staff and operations;
complete and be accountable for all store administration (capture daily info onto systems, manage kitchen/bar and waiter check sheets, prepare shopping lists, receiving stock, capture invoicing, manage petty cash, cash ups, opening and closing procedures as well as cleaning protocols);
implement stock control (daily/monthly stock counts and stock balance);
bring in functions and events for the restaurant;
coordinate and manage functions and events;
regularly liaise with clients and ensure client satisfaction;
show initiative in the work to be done;
have good leadership skills;
have lots of energy;
be accustomed to restaurant operating hours.
