We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the dining operations at our prestigious 5-star Game Lodge. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest dining experiences, managing restaurant staff, and maintaining high standards of service and food quality in a unique and natural environment.Requirements:Micros System Experience required3 years experience in a management position in a restaurant / hotelPolite, friendly person with a strong personality that can think on their feetWell spoken and presented individualStrong leader who can oversee employeesGrade 12 and computer literateFormal hospitality degree/diploma preferableDuties:Train, motivate, and manage all restaurant staffAssist with queries and guest complaintsManage the entire service operation of the restaurantCreate and maintain relationships with guests in the restaurantConduct daily meetings and handovers with staffStaff rosteringMaintain and achieve restaurant targetsConduct monthly stock takes
