Restaurant Manager - Cape Town - Upmarket Dining - References & Proven Track Record Essential. In-Person Interviews Only.

Experienced Restaurant Manager with strong FOH and Costing Skills required for an esthablished upmarket Restaurant in Cape Town.
The main emphasis of the position will be on the Restaurant Operations, however this position is required to assist in all other aspects related to the management of the F&B Operation.
Minimum requirements:
Hospitality Diploma Preferred
Matric Grade 12 Essential
Previous Hotel Restaurant F&B Management beneficial
Minimum 5 years previous upmarket or fine dining restaurant experience essential
Strong FOH & BOH Skills
Solid costing, reporting and stock management skills
Excellent wine knowledge
Sound knowldedge in Staff training, IR & HR Procedures
Own vehicle with a valid RSA driver's license
