At least 5 years restaurant experience in a supervisory role-
Essential
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager-
Essential
Proven guest service experience as a manager
Strong with stock management, Cost Control and Gross Profit Margins-
Essential
Familiarity with restaurant management software
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Acute financial management skills
Being a native of South Africa preferably
Package on offer:
R 20-R30k per month. (Depending on experience)
