Job Description Reservations Officer
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Officer, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience that comes when they arrive!
What you will be doing: Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging serviceEnsure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-sellingRecommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requestsBook room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the systemQualifications Your experience and skills include: With at least 1 year of relevant and similar work experience in a hotelAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience working with Opera or a related systemStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesFluency in English; additional languages are a plusAbility to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
