Job Ref #: FH-473Industry: FintechJob Type: PermanentSalary: Market RelatedDescription:RESPONSIBILITIES:Building sound Regional strategies with the Senior Regional Manager to drive the business KPIs.Build out Regional budgets to manage cost of doing business versus the gross profit generated for the region.Manage the regional business hardware budget and KPIs to achieve the set gross profit for the year.Manage the team of area growth managers within the structure to ensure KPIs are met and general deadlines are adhered to.Grow the Flash overall trader business via net trader growth, turnover, and acquiring.Manage the churn of the business within the trader space per region.Ensure the culture of the business is well maintained within the region.Ensure business critical deadlines are adhered to and completed on time through people management.Ensure the effective running of the different branches within the structure to meet the desired outcomes as per the business KPIs.LEADERSHIP PERFORMANCE AREAS:Providing real-time, ongoing coaching and feedback to team members throughout the year.On-time completion of performance management activities including regular 1:1s and bi-annual performance reviews through GPS.Supporting employee development including facilitation of career development conversations and crafting development plans for current and future needs.Taking action to hire and retain high-performers and address poor performance.Proactively manage change initiatives within the team including sufficient planning/preparation and communication to minimize disruption and support employee adoption.Role modeling the behaviors that support and drive the Flash culture and values.Requirements:MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 5 years operational management experience in managing a region and team of people.Grade 12.Driver's license required.Advanced Excel.SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES:Read, speak, and write in English.Fully computer literate.Ability to travel long distances.Ability to work without supervision.Ability to analyze.Attention to detail.Target driven.Negotiation skills.Passion.Planning & organizing skills.Problem-solving skills.Proactive.Presentation skills.Relationship management skills.
