Mpumalanga – Mpumalanga: Our client is looking for a Regional Manager to join the team.
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High level of agricultural exposure: having a thorough understanding of agriculture is important to effectively guide and support the TSR and address customer inquiries professionally.
Perseverance: tendency to sustain interest and effort towards long-term goals is the secret to achieving success in RM position.
Energized by interacting with people: engaging actively and enthusiastically with the team and going on the field is another important point to be successful in an RM Position.
Leadership abilities: Ability to effectively communicate the company's vision to the team, inspire and motivate others.
Ability to efficiently manage tasks, time, and resources to achieve objectives; decision maker and able to create and implement action plans when facing problems.
Previous experience in a sales environment (Sales Acumen): having a fundamental understanding of presenting oneself effectively, grasping the concept of return on investment, possessing negotiation skills, and understanding after-sales services.
Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Managing P&L in your territory: Ensuring proper potential analysis and segmentation of the territory, defining the local development plan, steering and monitoring activity in order to reach annual targets.
Leading and monitoring the sales team in your territory: Recruiting, integrating, developing, and motivating the sales representatives in order to maximize sales.
You will be responsible for developing a team of 10 TSR.
Developing loyalty and conquering new distributors: You will further develop and lead sustainable partnerships with agricultural distributors in accordance with the commercial policy of our company.
Reporting: collecting, analyzing, and communicating performance data to assess regional effectiveness and guide strategic decision-making.
