Instore Regional Manager - East Anglia Remote with travel across sites in East Anglia

£48,000 per annum

As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all food services within the Instore cafes. You will liaise with multiple site-based clients, managing the relationship in each location, ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to. You will deliver business performance in a commercial manner, ensuring operational and financial KPIs are met.

Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Unit Managers to deliver exceptional food services within the units. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring contract compliance to exceed client expectations. Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure Compass and brand standards are met while also ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards. Monitor and support your team, recognizing training needs and potential as appropriate. Manage labour and controllable costs within all units. Have a commercial mindset to deliver profitability within the units. Essential Skills 2+ Years experience at a senior level as an Area/Regional Manager leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results. Previous multi-site catering background with P&L responsibility. Experience in building and maintaining client relationships. Experience of working within brand guidelines to deliver results. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Teams. Works well under pressure to meet deadlines.
