Regional Maintenance Manager

Regional Maintenance ManagerWe are seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations within multiple properties.  Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance activities across multiple locations within the Gauteng region.
Duties include developing maintenance strategies, supervising maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to safety regulations,  implementing cost-effective maintenance solutions and staff management.The ideal candidate must be a SA national, have minimum 5yrs proven experience in maintenance management and a strong understanding of facility maintenance practices in hospitality | commercial property | residential environment.  Tertiary qualification in facility management or similar discipline is a non-negotiable.  This is a permanent position offering a competitive basic salary plus a capped performance bonus.
