Regional Lead

Regional Lead - RiskKey Responsibilities:Implement offshore strategies and prepare cost reviews and forecasts for the South African risk team.Provide regular updates to senior management on office progress.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, IT, finance, HR, and facilities.Ensure systems and processes are optimized for efficiency and accuracy.Oversee the smooth operation of the local desk and create a KPI reporting dashboard.Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring and developing team members.Manage team structure optimization, including headcount projections and recruitment coordination.Qualifications:Relevant Bachelors Degree.At least 15 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in finance, banking, or risk management.Competencies:Strong leadership skills with emotional intelligence.Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proactive, committed, and highly motivated with strong analytical skills.If you or someone you know meets these qualifications and is interested in this opportunity, please submit your CV to the specified email address.
