With 109 manufacturing sites, and 12,000+ employees, we are the Global #1 for prime labels.We are seeking to appoint a Regional HR Director to take responsibility for, and lead a team, managing the day-to-day HR tactical operations and strategy implementation for the manufacturing sites in our Africa region, encompassing 5 sites, across South Africa, Kenya and Tanzania.The RoleIn this exciting and varied role, you will add value by:Being a trusted partner to the regional leadership team, establishing the regional strategy on both HR and non-HR aspects.Leading, engaging, motivating and developing a team of regional HR professionals, maintaining credibility and trust as an effective and responsive function.Being a change leader and working with key stakeholders to deploy change initiatives within the region.Guiding the key stakeholders in respect of HR best practices when developing action plans, programs and initiatives.Being a leader of continuous improvement and HR digitization, who challenges the status quo to implement the HR strategic agenda.Developing, implementing and integrating HR policies and compliance activities to ensure consistency across the region.Championing the desired workplace culture – collaborating with others to ensure stakeholders are acting as role models in relation to our corporate values and behaviors.
