BUSINESS & GROWTH SPECIALIST (Skin Care & Aesthetics) GAUTENG incl. JHB, PTA, Middleburg, Witbank etc. - South Africa (ZA) START: A.S.A.P / July 2024 REPORT TO: National Sales Manager TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS: Monday - Friday 08:00 to 17:00 (occasionally a weekend for Expo's or Traveling when operationally required only) REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS: Basic Salary R12,000 Gross p/m Vehicle Allowance R3,000 p/m Petrol Allowance R4,000 p/m (only applicable for work travel / not payable during annual leave) Monthly product allocation Company Cell Phone Data Allowance R1,000 p/m Commission - new clients Commission - devices & tools sold Performance Incentives (targets reached, new accounts etc.) Quarterly & Annual bonuses (performance based) Total CTC before commission / tax R20,000-00 - Excellent earning potential QUALIFICATIONS: CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds / CIBTAC or BABTAC N-Dip Somatology or similar formal qualification in Beauty / Aesthetics or Cosmetology Dermal Aesthetics Diploma - BONUS EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED: At least 2-years in a Spa or Salon environment (post-graduation) Computer & WhatsApp confident - able to host Zoom meetings, Webinars, Online training and capture orders correctly Cruise Ship employment experience - BONUS Business 2 Business sales experience -PREFERRED Must have strong retail experience (Cruise Ship Sales / Sales / Beauty Retail Sector) Confident in Skin Care & Body Care knowledge (ingredients, education of somatology etc.) Must have own vehicle with valid driver license & fully insured (including rental for accidental) - non neg.
