In addition, you will support the clients with orchestrating their business strategy, design and technology disciplines to drive solutions.Your time with us will involve the following:You will co-facilitate workshops that generate customised business solutions.You will be an effective liaison between the client and a team consisting of SMEs, Data scientists, C-suite executives, Product Owners, Developers, Experience Designers and QAs.You will work in agile teams that facilitate organisational transformations for medium- and large-scale businesses.Collaborate with teammates on the analysis and design of complex business applications using the latest technologies.Mentor, drive and own Agile, Lean, and Continuous Development analysis best practices.Help our clients with road mapping in agile with Epics, Features and User Stories.Facilitate estimation sessions and release coordination.Develop your career outside of the confinements of a traditional career path by focusing on what you're passionate about rather than a predetermined one-size-fits-all plan.Here's what we're looking for:5+ years of business analysis experience with an understanding in agile environments.Strong communication skills and interest in pairing.Great presentation skills.Understanding of cloud technologies is an advantage.Passion for growing your skills, tackling interesting work and challenging problems.Relevant Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.You have a track record of delivering impactful software, ideally on a collaborative team in a consulting organisation.You have a practical approach to the day-to-day work of story-writing and delivery and can draw a line directly from an overarching client strategy to your team's outcomes.You enjoy unearthing the root cause(s) of a client's pain points, validating a business opportunity or problem and partnering to deliver a solution.You are obsessed with Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologies and love to mentor others.You understand how businesses operate and have experience modeling business processes using various tools and techniques.You thrive when you're leading a workshop or facilitating a learning session.You have an eye for prioritization, obtaining buy-in from stakeholders, and resolving conflicts as they arise.You're resilient and flexible in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from technical and business perspectives.You can break down the complexity and assist team members in moving from sketch to code.Worth noting:You will be working in a hybrid delivery model where you spend your time between the office and home to support personal and remote delivery.
