Regional Admin Manager/ Retail Branch Manager

Requirements:

Grade 12Retail management diploma or degree (Highly beneficial)5+ years experience in a middle management or store management roleAt least 5 years of retail branch manager experienceSound knowledge of basic accounting principlesSound understanding of retail business and FMCG principlesWorking knowledge of SAP about operating and utilizing retail operation systems-essentialSound understanding of merchandising standards and principles.
Responsibilities:
To manage and train store managementTo control the financial performance of the Medirite Plus Standalone Stores within budgetary constraintsTo ensure that the standalone stores comply with audit requirements to prevent lossesTo control the shrinkage in the standalone storesTo oversee the complete and accurate management of markdownsTo oversee a complete and accurate stock ledgerTo oversee the documentation management of the standalone storesTo assist and support standalone stores with ad-hoc administrative functionsTo assist and relieve the Regional Manager in all the Front Shop's responsibilitiesEnsure new site openings are executed within the specifications and time frames provided together with the Regional Manager
