Responsibilities:Lead the development of divisional strategy, operational plans, business plans and stakeholder relations management plan in line with company strategy and objectivesPlan and execute interventions aimed at enhancing relationships between the organisation and its stakeholdersLead organisational budget development process development and approval objectivesProvide financial management reports and present forecasts that enable the business to manage its cash inflows and outflows betterManage corporate risks in line with the organisations Risk Management FrameworkPerform oversight responsibility over people management practices, and drive the execution of the division strategyDivisional reporting to EXCO, Board and Board Sub-CommitteesManage the formulation and final approval of the annual reportManage divisional budget and intervene in management of unfavourable deviationsRequirements:Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or Auditing, or equivalentPostgraduate qualification will be an added advantage8-10 years management experience managing corporate services of which at least 3 years must be in a senior management positionStrong insights into streams of management activities relevant to Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, SHEQ, Legal, Marketing and stakeholder managementKnowledge of governance theory and practice, linked to industry standards and PFMAStrong understanding of economics within the business environmentValid drivers licence
