As a Recruitment Consultant at NCLC, you'll take charge of end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and maintaining valuable client partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

Client Development:

Develop and manage a recruitment desk within your designated sector, building a new client base and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Negotiate service level agreements (SLAs) with new and existing clients to ensure clear expectations and successful partnerships.


Talent Acquisition:

Create and manage online job adverts, vet candidate responses, and communicate effectively with potential candidates.
Leverage social media platforms and other innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates across diverse skill sets and geographies.
Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates to ensure they meet the specific requirements of each role.


Candidate Management:

Manage the recruitment workflow from submission through to interview and offer stages.
Conduct comprehensive background checks and telephonic references to ensure the suitability of candidates.
Negotiate offers on behalf of candidates, ensuring a smooth and successful placement process.


Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on current labor market trends and competitive intelligence within targeted industries to provide informed recruitment advice to clients.
Conduct job analyses to create accurate job descriptions and requirements, ensuring successful candidate placement.


Sales and Marketing:

Market and canvas top candidates to companies within your sector, ensuring maximum exposure and successful placements.
Contribute to the development of targeted employer branding initiatives aimed at attracting top-tier talent.


Diversity and Inclusion:

Actively promote diversity and inclusion efforts throughout the recruitment process, contributing to the development of an inclusive workplace culture.


KPI Management:

Manage weekly KPIs to ensure maximum sales and billings, contributing to the overall success of the recruitment desk.



Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in recruitment, with a track record of successfully managing a recruitment desk and achieving high billings.
Strong client development skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both with clients and candidates.
In-depth knowledge of the labor market and recruitment processes.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, particularly Vincere (ERP System).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
