Overview: We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic team at Grand Industries. As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates who possess the skills and qualities needed to excel in our sales environment.

Key Responsibilities: Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates who meet the job requirements. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, and evaluate applicants based on job requirements. Provide timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and facilitating necessary paperwork. Requirements: Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role, preferably within a call centre environment. Knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and interview skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From R8000,00 per month
