As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and placing high-caliber candidates. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Experienced recruiter with proven billings history- over a period of 2 years (Awards recognizing top achievements would be advantageous)Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from securing business, sourcing candidates to placing them in suitable roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills)Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.Be a hunter. Generate new business.Thrive in a high-performance sale culture. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Has deep knowledge and contacts in a specific niche.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Has the proven ability and willingness to build a new desk, to make calls, build relationships and make placements.Can work in a mature recruitment environment where they do not need daily supervisionIs an office-based role, flexibility can be discussed once billings are consistent at the expected levelProficient in using recruitment software and tools.Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for roles.Provide career advice and guidance to candidates.Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide clients with informed insights.Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.Mentor and support junior recruitment consultants.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Recruitment
