Recruitment Consultant

A dynamic recruitment company based in Durban is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to work remotely.You will manage the recruitment process from the interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients. Job Description:Identifying and developing client/business relationshipsAdvising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate databaseAssessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignmentSourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the clientManaging the process through the interview to offer stage and beyondNegotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidateOffering CV, interview and general career adviceNetworking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunitiesRequirements:MatricExperirnce as a recruitment consultant beneficialA strong and proven track record in sales, networking and/or client development abilitiesExcellent time management and organisational skillsStrong commercial business acumenA passionate desire to succeed and build a successful careerA winning mentalityThe ability to overcome objection and be persistent
