Details of the offer

Overall Purpose of the Job: The successful candidate will oversee the recruitment of operational staff to fill vacancies within the organization.
Reporting: Human Resources Business Partner
Minimum Requirements
Matriculation (minimum requirement), with a relevant tertiary qualification (HR or Communications).3-5 years of experience in recruiting at all levels.A comprehensive understanding of the full 360 recruitment cycle is essential.Possession of a valid Driver's License and Own Vehicle.
Job Specification
Recruit operational staff to fill vacancies in roles such as Armed Response, Guarding, and Cleaning.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, screening, and sourcing candidates aligned with job specifications.Utilize various recruitment methods, including online and print media advertising, networking, and sourcing referrals.Limit agency usage to emergencies and obtain authorization when necessary.Collaborate with and guide Line Managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with administrative and audit requirements.Conduct interviews using competency-based techniques, manage candidate feedback, and oversee application processing.Handle candidate management, regretting, administration, offers, contracts, and client liaison.Maintain consistent communication with Line Managers and HR business partners regarding recruitment activities.Manage vacancies through the e-Recruitment system and provide weekly and monthly reports as required by the Group Talent Manager.
