Come join our Global Talent Acquisition team.As a Recruiter you will partner directly with Hiring Managers to hire world class engineering/data center talent for the various Microsoft Cloud Operations & Innovation business areas across EMEA.You'll assess the business needs and competitive landscape to develop and execute hiring plans.You'll focus on delivering great candidate experience supporting candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle and identifies motivators to engage and close candidates.Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.ResponsibilitiesThis is a 360-degree recruitment role, working and influencing stakeholders while also driving our diversity and inclusion agenda.You will lead the implementation of a short- and long-term hiring plan for Data Center organizations, areas, or talent pools. You'll also use a compelling message to differentiate Microsoft's unique career possibilities.By owning the entire candidate experience, you'll prepare them for the next phase of the hiring process while proactively identifying factors that may adversely affect them. You'll also create an innovative sourcing strategy, including ways to generate differentiated talent for a division, set of countries, or subsidiaries.You will develop a talent pipeline that generates strategic and differentiated candidates to meet the future talent needs of the business.You will manage the candidate assessment framework and screening process, while identifying best practices for both. You'll also maintain candidates' qualifications and status in the appropriate systems and lead the optimization of staffing policies throughout the organization.You will move candidates through the hiring process while ensuring their needs are met and driving solutions that balance the client's needs. You'll also present businesses with broad talent gaps and hiring needs, and market and channel insights to drive hiring plans.By reviewing data and market research, you will consult with the business to recommend and implement a hiring plan that addresses both business demand and talent availability.Inclusion is one of our core values, and you'll be helping our leaders to live and breathe this throughout our hiring process.QualificationsTalent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to roleOR Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role.Additional Or Preferred QualificationsExperience within Engineering/High Volume/Data Center hiringMulticountry recruitment experience within EMEAMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
