Now's the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective change.Are you someone who can:Prevent wastage, and on an ongoing basis identify process improvements in order to contain and reduce costs Define and implement a Records Management operating model and governance framework Implement strategic projects and initiatives relating to the adoption of electronic recordkeeping practices Understand the business unit strategy as well as business requirements from a Records Management perspective Define and implement a Record Management solution that will host retention policies, schedules and business rules Assess current records management practices, and establish and implement best practices Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and/or across the FRG Manage people by executing management responsibilities and create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence Actively coach team through providing advice about subject matter, solutions, principles and processes, and personal progression with the aim to improve performance Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and employee development Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions Build working relationships across teams and functional lines in order to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovationYou will be an ideal candidate if you:Must have at least a Diploma or bachelor's degree is preference.DAMA qualifications is advantageousMust at least 3 years of experience in Information Management roleData management experience advantageousTechnical competenceRecords Management Theory and Practice: In-depth knowledge of records management principles, standards, and best practices.Electronic Records Management (ERM): Proficiency in managing electronic records, including understanding of relevant technologies and systems.Data Protection and Privacy: Strong understanding of data protection laws and privacy regulations, ensuring compliance and safeguarding sensitive information.Information Governance: Ability to develop and implement information governance policies and procedures.Metadata Management: Skills in managing metadata to ensure accurate and efficient retrieval of records.Process Automation: Knowledge of automating records management processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.Standards and Compliance: Familiarity with records management standards and the ability to apply them within the organization.Behavioral competenceAttention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in records management.Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with various stakeholders.Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and changing regulatory environments.Leadership: Capability to lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective records management.Ethical Judgment: Strong ethical standards to handle sensitive information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.Customer Focus: A focus on understanding and meeting the needs of internal and external customers.You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborateA challenging working environment that is progressive and agileOpportunities to innovate where iniative is taken and owned end to endWe can be a match if you are: Adaptable and curiousAnalyse complex data setsThrive in a collaborative environment#Post#FNB#LI-NP2Apply now if you are interested in taking the next step.
