Details of the offer

Basic Functions:
• Greet all visitors in an audible, friendly and engaging fashion.
• Managing security and telecommunications systems.
• Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
• Transferring calls as necessary.
• Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
• Assist staff members with the various admin tasks, including: typing, sending emails.
• Monitor and record petty cash payments
• Balance petty cash
• Monitor, control and order office supplies
• Any Adhoc Requirements.


Receptionist Requirements:

• Must have good client and staff communication skills and be able to work as a team-member.
• Must be punctual and have good admin/organizing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
