Hire Resolve's client is a leading investment management firm, currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Reception/Office Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk and ensuring smooth operations of the office.Responsibilities:Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly mannerAnswer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondenceManage the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentableCoordinate and schedule appointmentsAssist in organizing meetings and eventsMaintain office supplies and equipmentHandle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveriesAssist with administrative tasks and provide general support to the teamManage office maintenance and liaise with vendorsHandle confidential and sensitive information with discretionRequirements:Proven experience as a Receptionist or Office ManagerExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsProfessional and friendly demeanorAbility to handle a fast-paced environment with efficiency and professionalismExperience or knowledge in investment management industry is a plusBenefits:Salary: negotiableFamily Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Training & DevelopmentPaid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable)Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.We will contact you telephonically in 3 days should you be suitable for this vacancy.
