MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To manage the Seda Branch operations to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services to small enterprises and co-operatives in line with Seda strategy and policies.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Manage Branch OperationsManage Branch InfrastructureManage Stakeholder Relations within the BranchManage Human Resources within the BranchManage Financial and Risk within the BranchREQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION: Matric (NQF Level 4) and Bachelor's Degree or BTech (NQF Level 7) in Economics/Business Administration/Project Management/Operations Management/EngineeringHonours Degree or Postgraduate Diploma (NQF Level 8) will be an added advantageINHERENT JOB REQUIREMENT: A valid South African driver's licenceREQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE: 6-8 years working experience, of which 3 – 5 years must have been in a management/business advisory positionExperience in dealing with SMMEsExperience in interacting with stakeholdersOperations Management ExperienceCRITICAL COMPETENCIES: Strategic thinkingFinancial and business acumenLeadership skillsPlanning and organizingCommunication (written and verbal)Good interpersonal skillsChange managementTeam playerAnalytical skillsNOTE: It is the organization's intention to promote equity and representivity in terms of race, gender, and people living with disabilities as per the set numerical targets contained in the organizational Employment Equity Plan (EE Plan).
