We are urgently seeking dynamic RE5 Retail Bank Supervisors for various branches in the Western Cape.Key RequirementsCredit and criminal clear status is mandatory.Must have an NQF 5 or 6 qualification.Must hold an RE5 certification.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSales Focus: Achieve customer growth, revenue, and collections targets as defined by the bank.Meet and exceed individual activity metrics for all product lines.Meet, exceed, and effectively execute all sales and customer targets set by the bank.Execute the bank's sales strategy for Product & Value Added Services (including up-selling, cross-selling, and capital take-up).Perform outbound calls targeting both existing and prospective customers.Convert sales opportunities received through inbound customer requests, outbound calls, lead generation initiatives, and customer queries.Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate new business.Participate in cross-selling bank products.Maintain detailed tracking of pipeline management, prospect data, and activities.Set up in-person visits, appointments, and presentations, and follow up telephonically where necessary.Conduct professional financial needs analysis to make needs-based sales.Schedule customer feedback for obtaining documents and provide progress updates.Adhere to supervision requirements set by the Line Manager for all financial products.Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, and present results to management as needed.Ensure effective cash management with approved authorization.Manage CAM effectively as required with approved authorization.Oversee credit card administration and fulfilment with approved authorization.Desired Experience & QualificationsEducation:NQF 6 qualification orNQF 5 qualification (FSCA aligned)Certification: RE5Experience:Minimum of 2 years in financial sales and client service experience.Managerial or supervisory experience is required.Must be within DOFA date.Package & RemunerationSalary: R30,000 – R36,000 per month (depending on experience)Contract: PermanentLocation: Various branches in the Western CapeInterested?Only applicants who meet the minimum requirements will be considered.If interested, please apply directly through Pnet or email us at ******.
