Details of the offer

The role reports to the CEO and key responsibilities of the role include implementing systems, internal controls, and store audits.Duties & ResponsibilitiesImplement loss control processes and monitor.Investigate and ensure individual product profitability.Find innovative solutions to address critical elements.Attend ad hoc requests from the CEO.Work closely with other Divisionals and the CEO on a daily basis.Communicate with external parties, e.g., service providers, customers, etc.Drive customer excellence, facilities management, HR management, financial management, informational management, and risk management.Manage sales/marketing and time management.Provide high visibility leadership and management.Conduct daily store audits with weekly and monthly feedback to managers.Make regular restaurant visits.Follow period and quarterly store audit routines.Attend operations meetings and communicate with managers.Build, align, and develop the team according to company goals.Manage local store marketing done by the managers.Handle suppliers where necessary.Address escalated customer complaints.Conduct head office inspections to ensure stores are running operationally.Follow disciplinary procedures and chair inquiries (presiding officer).Ensure that stores are profitable.
