Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control processes and proceduresMonitor and enforce compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer specificationsConduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvementAnalyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and patternsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actionsLead and manage the quality assurance team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Food Science, Chemistry, or Quality ManagementMinimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the FMCG industryStrong knowledge of quality control processes, regulations, and standardsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
