Quality and Systems Manager (Production)Established packaging company in Pinetown requires an experienced candidate to manage the quality team, systems, ISO 9001 for one of their divisions. REQUIREMENTS • Degree minimum (Quality, or related) • 5+ years Quality Management experience in either packaging, FMCG, plastics • ISO 9001:2015 experience essential (implementation and management thereof) • Experience leading an ISO 9001 audit • Advanced Excel skills • Strong working knowledge of SHEQsys and MRM procedures • FSSC 22000 experience advantageous RESPONSIBILITIES • Implement, review, ensure compliance to and maintenance of all Quality systems and procedures in the division. This includes ISO 9001 • Develop and execute an internal Quality audit program • Actively implement continuous improvement projects • Manage the Quality team (QC Inspectors) • Ensure Quality Assurance with regards to raw materials and final products • Reduce customer complaints • Partner with Sales Managers to provide customers with outstanding service • Assemble, analyse and report Quality statistics and trends and make recommendations • Manage the MRM, DRM process • Develop and carry out Quality training and education programs • Establish and manage Quality budget CHARACTERISTICS • Able to operate strategically and transactionally • Assertive (but not aggressive) • Systems orientated and analytical • Strong logical and critical thinking • Enjoys being on the Production floor • Excellent attention to detail • Passionate about excellent service • Ability to manage a team • The ability to manage complexity Contact Scott on 0117041302We're constantly working hard to assure that our ads meet high standards and we are very gratefulforany kind of feedback from our users.
