We are currently looking for a Property / Asset Manager to join our dynamic and dedicated team in Warrington.As a Property / Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio, including leasing, letting, and onboarding new assets. You will handle rent reviews, lease renewals, and the disposal of surplus properties. Additionally, you will collect rents, manage arrears, and liaise with the Facilities Management team to ensure compliance checks. Your role will also include organising improvement, repair, and maintenance work, conducting property inspections, identifying asset management and strategic development opportunities, managing stakeholder relations, and delivering accurate client reports.
