Property and Financial Assistant (Pretoria East)Duties and Responsibilities:Will report to Portfolio Manager.Training will be done in-house and together with the Portfolio Manager.Body Corporates & HOAs:Receipting of levies from banking account, tracing of unidentified amounts on bank account.Finalization and submissions of debit orders to BDB.Allocation and processing of payments received from Portfolio Managers, and work associated with receipts and payments assigned to you from the Finance Department.Any other work associated with the processing and allocation of banking accounts.Issue and management of clearance certificates.Once registrations take place, finalization of allocations between old and new owners.Refunds of ex-owners.Filing of portfolios, which will be sent to auditors for audit purposes.Annual returns to CSOS of finalized Annual General Meetings.Payments on a quarterly basis to CSOS on behalf of Body Corporates & HOAs.Administration around portfolio claims from insurance companies and follow up regarding payments.You will be allocated a small portfolio in the Pretoria area to manage Body Corporates & HOAs.Arranging of AGM annually, completing CSOS annual returns.Finalizing of AFS, insurance.Obtaining quotations and arranging work to be done, final inspections before payments.All other work pertaining to the management of the Body Corporates and HOAs.Requirements:Minimum matrix with Maths and/or Accounting as subjects.MDA/MRI System knowledge.Computer literate.Proven administrative experience.Superb written and verbal communication skills.Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
