ResponsibilitiesEstablish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.Liaise with company stakeholders and internal teams to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.Project/program tracking and highlighting risks and mitigation plans.Track project timelines.Retrieve necessary information (e.g., user/client requirements and relevant case studies).Ensure company needs are met as the project/program evolves.Act as a single point of contact and handle issues that arise.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, milestones, and reports.Requirements3+ years experience as a project administrator.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related degree essential (must have completed your degree and have your certificate).Advantageous to have worked within an IT project environment.Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and reports to showcase milestones achieved and manage variance and escalations.Strong client-facing and teamwork skills along with good communication.Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.Agile methodology experience and knowledge will be a plus.Must be able to work across departments and be integrally involved in the integration of interdepartmental projects.
