Bosman Adama has the above position available at Schoon Wine Farm, situated in Voor-Paardeberg, Paarl. The successful candidate is a quality-driven and results-oriented individual, with good interpersonal, leadership, time management, and motivational skills. The ideal candidate will report to the Warehouse Manager.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):Preparation and setup of labeling machineSupervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the labeling teamEnsure that stock levels are adequate and in place to carry out the work order instructions issued by the Production PlannerMake sure production schedules are adhered to and products are labeled correctly and efficientlyMonitor team performance, provide guidance, training, and support as neededMaintain high standards of quality and ensure that all products comply with regulatory requirementsImplement and maintain safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environmentConduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulationsManage inventory of labeling materials and coordinate with the supply chain team for replenishmentAll other tasks related to this position. Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:Matric (Grade 12)Minimum 1-2 years' relevant experience in a similar roleValid driver's license (Code B/EB) with own transportForklift license
