YOUR ROLEThe Production Team Lead is responsible for executing production in the safest and most efficient manner possible for the manufacturing of products in a quality standard that meets or exceeds our customers' expectations, reporting to the Supervisor.Provides departmental direction and runs the shift in the absence of the supervisor, optimizing the use of equipment, the process, and resources.Leads and trains the team under the guidance of the supervisor and ensures safe working conditions for the team.The team lead will be the second in command to the production supervisor and assume the supervisor's responsibilities when needed.
