Flowe-Pac is looking to employ dynamic, vibrant, and results-driven Production Shift Managers.The Production Shift Manager will be responsible for production efficiency.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop a highly skilled and high-performance team that consistently achieves and exceeds targets.Manage the activities and performance of the operators and assistants and support employees on your shift.Satisfy and conform to customer demands (Quality, quantity, on time in full).Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to at all times.Ensure housekeeping is of the highest standard.Ensure machines and equipment are cleaned as per agreed schedules.Ensure compliance to FSSC 22 000 certification.Investigate allocated customer complaints, establish root causes, and implement corrective actions.Ensure maximum employee attendance, and immediately involve HR if there are any signs of poor work attendance.Ensure speedy resolution of workplace disciplinary issues.Cost control – Ensure that there is no waste of any material, parts, components, tools.Waste control – Ensure minimum set-up waste, RTS are consistently done.Experience RequiredQualified and trade tested as a Printer.3-5 years' experience as a Flexo/Gravure operator in a production environment.3-5 years' experience in a management role.Production/Supervisory or middle management qualifications or equivalent.Ability to work with a team.Planning work on suitable machines.Problem-solving ability.Should you meet the minimum requirements, email your CV, cover letter, salary expectation, and copies of your qualifications to ******.
