Minimum requirements for the role: Must have a Master's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field 3-5 years experience in the field of plant nutrition or agriculture is essential Must have an understanding of plant nutrition, soil health, and agricultural practices Strong project management, organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills will be required Effective communication and teamwork skills are important Must be proficient in relevant tools and software for product management and agriculture (e.g., farm management software, agronomic tools) Must have knowledge of agricultural industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies The successful candidate will be responsible for: Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including regulatory, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure successful product development and market penetration. Gathering and prioritizing product requirements by actively engaging with internal stakeholders, agronomists, and farmers to understand their needs and challenges. Overseeing the entire product development process, from screening trials, registration trials, ensuring effectiveness and adequation to the farmer needs. Providing to the marketing team the technical contents and supports (label technical contents, trial summaries, product technical training and training materials). Continuously monitoring and analyzing product performance, collecting user feedback and metrics to make data-driven decisions for product improvements. Driving sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue targets. Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
