Employer Description Manufactures liquid and powder detergents. Job Description Your duties will encompass: Overseeing and managing the entire lifecycle of new product development. Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Analyse data to inform product concepts and development strategies. Generate and evaluate new product ideas and concepts. Develop detailed product specifications and business cases. Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams. Oversee the design and development of product prototypes. Collaborate with all stakeholders to refine product features and functionality. Organize and manage product testing and validation processes. Gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to product design. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure successful product launches. Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards. Implement quality assurance processes to maintain product quality and consistency. Provide regular updates and reports on product development progress. Qualifications BSc Degree Chemistry or Equivalent. Skills Minimum 3 years experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in product development, recipe formulation, and product documentation. Excellent project management skills.
