The Procurement Manager (Indirects) will be responsible for managing procurement activities for indirect goods and services (e.g.
capex and MRO, marketing, IT, HR, facilities, refrigeration, logistics, fleet and professional services) to support organizational goals.
This role requires strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and experience in supplier relationship management to deliver cost savings and value across the complexed indirect spend categories.

Key Accountabilities and Outputs Strategic Procurement Development: Develop and implement standardized procurement policies and processes for various indirect spend categories, that align with the organizations objectives, promoting consistency and efficiency.Design a robust organizational procurement strategy supported by tactical, innovative procurement programs to deliver optimal customer satisfaction and service delivery.Supplier Management: Identify, select, and establish relationships with key suppliers for indirect procurement needs.Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract management to ensure best value.Monitor supplier performance, ensure compliance, and manage supplier risk.Cost Savings and Budget Management Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives across indirect spend categories.Analyze spending patterns and find opportunities for reducing costs without compromising quality.Ensure procurement activities align with budgetary goals and company policies.Advisory and Stakeholder Engagement: Provide expert procurement advice to stakeholders, driving innovation and informed decision-making.Provide strategic support to all functional departments on vendor selection, contract management, and cost optimization.Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to align procurement activities with business needs, resolve complex challenges, and achieve high-performance outcomes.Process Improvement Identify and implement process improvements to increase procurement efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and update procurement policies, processes, and documentation.Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards across procurement activities.Data Analysis, Market Intelligence and Reporting Track and report procurement metrics, including cost savings, spend analysis, and supplier performance.Use data to drive decision-making and refine procurement strategies.Prepare periodic reports for senior management to communicate procurement performance and initiatives.Utilize market knowledge and data analysis to gain insights into emerging trends and technologies, steering the development of innovative sourcing strategies.Contribute to supplier development programs, implementing specifications and scorecards focused on cost, quality, customer satisfaction, sustainability, and diversity.Financial Oversight: Assist in financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring adherence to procurement budgets and reporting cost-saving initiatives.Lead cost reduction strategies through effective vendor management, contract negotiations, and process improvements
