ResponsibilitiesTo achieve daily volume targets through mean time to repair and mean time between failures by proactively managing and initiating.To identify non-conformances, provide all customer concerns to the associates, initiate problem solving and implement robust.To ensure process adherence, optimise and monitor core processes to ensure stability and continuous improvement.To manage and achieve allocated section budget as cost per unit target for the section to remain profitable and cost effective.To ensure a healthy and safe environment through enforcing compliance to IMS requirements.Daily implementation of work organisation within areas of responsibility to drive effective communication within the production system.To effectively manage teams by timeously completing daily administrative tasks (time management, leave planning, and payroll queries, shift allocations) to ensure a satisfied and productive workforce.QualificationsDegree or diploma in Production / Engineering or equivalent.Leadership/Management qualifications would be an advantage.Minimum 3 years automotive/manufacturing industry experience.Minimum 2 years technology specific experience would be an advantage.Minimum 2 years people management experience.Key CompetenciesDeciding and Initiating ActionLeading and SupervisingDelivering Results and Meeting Customer ExpectationsCoping with Pressures and SetbacksAnalysingPlanning and OrganisingPlease attach all supporting documents when applying.
