Monitor open orders and forecast monthly invoices.Arrange delivery and installation of new cabinets.Assist customers with after-sales service related to newly installed cabinets.Cross border travel arrangements, acquiring the invitation letter from the client,Scheduling of Covid tests for technicians, acquiring a border letter from the insurance for the bakkie/truck when applicableRequest Finance to pay the subsistence allowance for the assistants when travellingArrange customer collections for ordersAll Courier arrangements for orders or deliveries (Except Exports)Ensure the completed service report and certificate was sent to clientFile completed order with all supporting documentationReporting - forecast, updated invoicing throughout month, month end reports for Equipment and targets, operational difficultiesLog full servicing on Reddot CRM as needed by HQ (equipment)Update outstanding orders excel sheet (Equipment)Any other task that might be required from time to time or as instructed by manager.Tech site access applications and completion of documentsArrange and Confirm accommodation, flights, and car rentals for service work (New Equipment)Basic Salary R30,000Medical Aid for employee and one dependantCommission: All commissions payable pursuant to the 2024 Sales Incentive System shall be contingent upon the Group achieving its financial goals and targets for FY2024.
