Plant Manager

A great mining company in Rustenburg, North West is seeking the expertise of a Plant Manager to join their team.Responsibilities:Effective operation of the plant as an effective business unit to an agreed business plan and process parameters.Develop a 2-5 years resource and mining strategy and coordinate ore and services to the plant.Responsible for compilation and control of production, quality and cost budgets.Creating a high-performing team and a conducive employee relations climate - people management (HR and IR) in a unionized environment.Ensures adherence to legislative requirements and the company's Health and Safety Standards.Financial Management (operational and capital cost budgets).Responsible for research and development.Maintain a good relationship with the clients at host-mine and liaise on all relevant plant issues.Requirements:Grade 12Degree in Chemical or Metallurgy EngineeringPostgraduate qualification would be advantageous.10 - 12 years' experience in plant mining environment5 years in supervisory / management position.If you meet the above requirements and want to make a career-changing move, apply today by emailing your CV to ****** note that correspondence will only be conducted with shortlisted candidates for this position.
