Operations Supervisor

Coordination, supervision, analysis and/or execution (according to position) of administrative, financial and operational activities with the following attributions/demands (common to Urban Distribution, Logistic Support, Pushed and Pulled):Manage all operational activities characteristic of urban beverage distributionEnsure the achievement of the unit''s operational performance indicators (return, scrap, physical and financial vouchers, SAC/SAV, etc.)Ensure the achievement of the team''s personnel indicators (absenteeism, turn over, net working hours, etc.)Motivate, train and develop leaders and operational teamsEnsure compliance with legislation and maintenance of safe working conditions for the teamPreserve the relationship with the customer and with your customer''s customersProvide operational conditions for the execution of the team''s routines and for obtaining resultsEnsure market presence (customer customers), attesting to the conditions and performance of service/deliveries of the teamsDevelop and guarantee maintenance suppliers compatible with the needs of the company and its customerPerform People & Management routines, according to the People Cycle, Training and Development, Engagement, Safety, among others processesEnsure the conservation of the company''s assets (vehicles, equipment, resources and facilities)Strictly comply with all company and customer procedures, standards and specificationsCorrectly use uniforms and protective equipment provided by the companyCommit to operational goals defined together with the customer, DPO/VPO and Excellence ProgramDemonstrate personal and professional behaviour compatible with the rolePerform related activities, meeting requests from superiors
