Planner (Manufacturing)

As a Planner, you will play a crucial role in the process of sustainable building systems and products. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and scientists to develop and implement production plans.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain detailed production plans and schedules for sustainable building systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure materials and products are manufactured to meet quality and sustainability standardsCoordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production timelinesMonitor and analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reductionImplement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency and minimize wasteDevelop and manage production budgets and expensesEnsure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or related field2-3 years of experience in planning, preferably in a sustainable manufacturing environmentIn-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practicesStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and a drive for continuous improvementProficient in production planning softwarePassion for sustainability and environmental stewardshipThis Job description is only a guideline to the role and is not limited to the full job responsibilitiesThank you for applying with RareCruit!For more info on the Planner role please get in touch with Tristan Pillay:
