Key Responsibilities:Manage executive calendars, prioritise commitments and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, reports and presentations with precision.Organise meetings and events, ensuring seamless logistics, detailed agendas and necessary materials.Provide comprehensive administrative support for documents, filing, records, expenses, and projects. Desired Skills and Experience:A relevant tertiary qualification (degree preferred).5-7 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior executive capacity.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Professional demeanour with exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
