We are looking for an energetic Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team of 14 employees in the feed manufacture industry.The applicant must meet the following criteria to be considered:Competent in all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)Competent in Adobe AcrobatCompetent with Google applications (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)Competent driver with a valid South African Driver's LicenseExperience with invoicing and quote generationBasic Accounting knowledgeGreat people skillsExtremely organizedDiscrete and integrable individualHonest and hard working Excellent English language skills (writing, speaking, reading)Proficient in AfrikaansExcellent in MathematicsMinimum education:Matric/AS Level with either a diploma/degree in any business-related field OR Matric/AS Level with at least 5 years of experience as a business administrator/personal assistant to a CEO/CFOA minimum of 75% for Matric/AS Level MathematicsA minimum of 70% for Matric/AS Level EnglishThe following qualifications / skills / experience would be advantageous:Experience using Xero accounting softwareExperience using Monday.com softwareExperience working in a Human Resources DepartmentExperience working in an Accounts DepartmentKnowledge of the Labour Relations Act and the Basic Conditions of Employment ActThe role will include, but not be limited to:Work on site in Sundra (located between springs & Benoni) for 8-9 hours per day, 5 days a weekAssisting the Finance and HR Manager with day-to-day tasks, including: invoicing, generating quotes, managing work hours and shift schedules of employees, scheduling of appointments and meetings, managing emails, assisting with payments, Xero accounting uploads for the bookkeeper, payroll administration, day-to-day filing and backups of documents, assistance with stock counts, managing of company cellphones, drafting of company letterheads, drafting of meeting minutes, managing of Monday.com tasks, cashflow documents with bank reconciliation, interfacing with the bookkeeper, updating of loan accounts, Petty Cash register and asset register, amongst other administrative assistance not listed.Remuneration: between R16000-R21000 per month on a total package basis, pending the individual's skills, qualifications and experience.Please could all applicants email their full CV / resume with references and copies of all qualifications and Matric results to ****** in order to be considered.
