Job Opportunity: Personal Assistant to the CEO (Fast-Paced Environment)
We are seeking a highly capable and dynamic Personal Assistant to join our team and be the right hand to our CEO. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you!
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
A tertiary qualification is a must
Own transport is essential
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily business and personal operations of the CEO
Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
Arrange travel itineraries and bookings
Perform administrative tasks, including handling permits and licenses
Liaise with local authorities, agents, property managers, and consultants
Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Assist in planning specific projects, formulating action plans, and preparing budgets
Create PowerPoint presentations and compile data for reports
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent research and administrative capabilities
Experience in making complex travel arrangements
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Strong people skills, with a friendly and compassionate demeanor
Resourceful with a can-do attitude
Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
Property management experience is an advantage
