Details of the offer

A well-established motor dealership seeks a highly experienced and dynamic Personal Assistant.
Duties & Responsibilities

Provide support to the sales team and customers.
Provide high level of professional support to the Shareholders / DP.
Attend to reception, including answering the switchboard.
Ensure cleaning / maintenance staff are fulfilling their duties as per their reports.
Maintain strict confidential protocols regarding correspondence and communication.
Assist in queries and day-to-day coordination of operational tasks related to area of responsibility.
Coordinate appointments, diary management, and client engagements.
Schedule and book international travel including visa applications.
Liaise with external stakeholders.
Perform office administration and general administrative duties.
Screen telephone calls and take messages.
Perform adhoc duties as and when required.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years Diploma in Office Administration / Management.
5+ years experience at an executive management level.
Advanced Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint proficiency.
Above average verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in English.
Driver's license.
Must be willing to work extended hours as and when required.
