Personal Assistant Key Responsibilities: Diary Management: Coordinate and manage the partners'' schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Communication: Handle all communications on behalf of the partners, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence. Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings. Document Management: Organise and maintain files, documents, and records, ensuring they are easily accessible. Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel, accommodation, and itineraries as required. Project Support: Assist with various projects, including research, data collection, and report preparation. Personal Errands: Occasionally assist with personal tasks and errands as needed by the partners. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives or business partners. Organisational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and communications. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with calendar management tools. Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions proactively. Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times. Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Growing Business: Previous experience working in a fast-paced, growing company. Event Planning: Experience in organising corporate events or meetings. Multilingual: Proficiency in more than one language is a plus. Personal Attributes: Proactive and Resourceful: A self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable: Dependable and consistent in delivering high-quality work. Personable: Approachable and able to build strong working relationships with the partners and the wider team.
